Replacement Policy – eStudio
Eligibility for Replacement
At eStudio, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a replacement only within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags intact
- Customers must provide clear photos/videos while initiating the request as proof
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer
Important: Missing item complaints must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Customised products are not eligible for replacement
Replacement Process
1. Initiation
Email us at admin@estudio.shop with:
- Order ID
- Reason (defective / damaged / wrong item)
- Supporting photos/videos
2. Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. If approved, you will receive further instructions.
3. Shipping
Customers must arrange shipping and share tracking details with us
4. Replacement Dispatch
- Replacement will be processed only after we receive the product
- Dispatch usually happens within 4 working days
Partial COD Orders
For orders placed with Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable to receive the shipment, or the order is returned due to non-acceptance.
In such cases, the advance payment will be adjusted against shipping, handling, and logistics costs incurred for processing and shipping the order.
Delivery Rescheduling by Customer
If a customer requests a change in the delivery date after the order has been dispatched, they must inform us in advance through email at admin@estudio.shop.
Any delays, additional charges, or delivery issues arising due to customer-requested rescheduling will be the responsibility of the customer. eStudio will coordinate with the logistics partner to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee revised delivery timelines.
Quality Assurance
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. In rare cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, we’ll assist you with a replacement as per this policy.
